Divisional Match-ups are finally here in the AFC North and there are two great ones this weekend.

Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens (2-1) host the Cleveland Browns (1-2).  Then on Monday Night Football, the Pittsburgh Steelers (0-3) host the Cincinnati Bengals (0-3)

During the off-season, it appeared that there would be a battle going on in this division. However, a season-ending injury to Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has left the team floundering. And first-year head coach Freddie Kitchens is struggling with discipline and penalty issues for the Browns.

Will this week’s match-ups ultimately decide the division?

During a season in which the Kansas City Chiefs had great expectations of going to the Super Bowl, a video surfaced to show star running back Kareem Hunt in an altercation with a woman at a hotel in Cleveland last Spring. Browns 17 – Broncos 16

It wasn’t pretty by any means, but for the first time since 1990, the Cleveland Browns beat the Denver Broncos in Mile High Stadium.

Rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield is everything fans have waited for these long, lonely years. While many questioned General Manager John Dorsey’s pick of Mayfield in the 2018 NFL Draft, week after week he is proving why he was the right choice.

Cleveland Browns: shoulda, coulda, woulda

Browns 14 – Chargers 38

Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit was one of my favorite movies. What does that have to do with football? Well, stay here with me just a moment…

There is a scene when Rita (Lauryn Hill) is talking to her mother (Sheryl Lee Ralph) and mom says “But there are a lot of talented people right down there on the streets singin’ their ‘shoulda-coulda-woulda’s.'”

Of all the lines in that movie, it’s one that really stuck with me. And after the blistering loss the Cleveland Browns took this week from the Los Angeles Chargers, it seems like the perfect theme to recap the game.
