This reminds me of middle school and high school when I’d play defense and intercept my report card so I had an idea of what I was in for.  Now, to be honest, I didn’t have to do it too much, but still, I did it.

I can’t believe we’re done with the first quarter of games. It went too fast, but it’s been fun. I’ll be giving a grade for overall performance.  And like I’ve done in the past, curves have helped me, so I’m going to curve theirs as well.

This is it, people.  The regular season is right around the corner!

We’re done with the dress rehearsal, and now it’s onto the last game of the preseason where we watch those trying to make the team.

2019 NFL preview: Tight Ends

Topping this years draft board are two very talented tight ends who happen to be teammates.

Iowa’s T. J Hockenson and Noah Fant top many NFL draft analyst top 2 spots.

First on the board is T. J Hockenson, who surprised many as he declared for the 2019 NFL draft. It looks like his timing couldn’t have been any better.

With the news of New England Patriots all-pro tight end Rob Gronkowski‘s retirement, Hockenson quickly became a favorite to replace Gronkowski in New England. He had a favorable combine, running a very respectable 40 at a time of 4.7 seconds, and a vertical leap of 37.5″.
